An insight into our tenants CAAS, Copeland Age and Advice Service. Lesley Amor and her team have been tenants at Phoenix Enterprise Centre since September 2021.

Staff and volunteers working for Citizens Advice Copeland deal with all manner of everyday queries from Copeland residents. Chief Officer with Citizens Advice, Shelley and her team moved to Phoenix House base in March 2023.
Your opportunity to learn more about the work undertaken by the UK’s leading construction and civil engineering company. The SRM team is contracted to the PPP framework with Sellafield and took up office at Phoenix House in July 2023.
