Phoenix Court

Phase 1

The former CO-OP Flour Mill offers 20,000 square feet of high-quality office and workspace accommodation over three buildings; Phases 1, 2, and 3.

The Phoenix Court Phase 1 consists of over 6,000 square feet of office and workshop accommodation within a secure courtyard setting. The workshops were refurbished in 2015. The work included damp-proofing and new heating systems.

The complex contains 16 workshops/workspaces plus 1 office group containing its own reception area plus 2 offices and 1 meeting room.

Phoenix Enterprise - Phase 3

This phase consists of over 7,000 square feet of modern office accommodation. The building was reopened in January 2010 following the completion of major refurbishment works to provide suitable quality business accommodation.

It contains 1 reception area plus 22 offices

The Phase 2 building offers high-quality spacious office accommodation which is fully occupied by R3i – REACT Engineering / HiDef Aerial Surveying Ltd / Create Technologies Ltd


Phase 3

Consists of over 7,000 square feet of office accommodation.

In February 2014 a new lease was negotiated with the Council which included the full management of Phase 3. It was subsequently refurbished to provide high-quality office suites and conference facilities. With the high demand for this modern workspace, all three top floors have been fully occupied from the onset.

The ground floor remains available for conferences, and meetings with some office space still available to let.

This Phase 3 building contains 1 reception area plus 15 offices/conference and meeting rooms
