Phoenix Enterprise Centre (PEC) offers over 40,000sq ft of workspace accommodation ranging from workshops to large office suites within the town of Cleator Moor.

All accommodation is available on an ‘easy in easy out’ occupancy agreement, allowing tenants the flexibility of immediately accessing available accommodation and requiring only one month’s notice of intention to leave.  Conference and meeting rooms are also available on a unique flexible hourly rate, so you only pay for the time you need.
