All our accommodation benefits from free parking in the car parks in the town. This is made possible via a tripartite agreement between PEC, Regen Northeast, Copeland, and Cleator Moor Town Council who rent the car parks from the Borough Council and return them for free.

All accommodation is available on an ‘easy in easy out’ occupancy agreement, allowing tenants the flexibility of immediately accessing available accommodation and requiring only one month’s notice of intention to leave.  Conference and meeting rooms are also available at a unique flexible hourly rate, so you only pay for the time you need.
