Our priority is to ensure our client’s understand all the new Universal Credit systems and are enable to maintain the UC journals and keep in touch with their Job Centre Work Coaches. Assisting some of our communities more vulnerable job seekers as well as still providing Advice & Guidance to our Core Project clients.
We also have a women’s project “SeeSaw” that is working more intensely on a one-to-one and group session basis with women who have been out of work for some time, helping them develop much needed IT skills, confidence and motivation, this course runs on a rolling programme and clients can join anytime for 6 weeks.
We always aim to ensure all our clients receive the time and tailored support they need.”
